Sales Planning Manager
As the Sales Planning Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness and business growth for TRiCERA and its services.
Based on market analysis and a deep understanding of customer behavior, you will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to enhance lead generation and brand positioning within the art investment market.

・Develop and strengthen new B2B alliance partnerships through proactive outreach and relationship management
・Plan and execute marketing initiatives leveraging events and seminars (e.g., art appreciation gatherings, dinner events, etc.)
・Design and manage promotional strategies using digital advertising and owned media
・Plan and edit branded content such as articles, reports, and interviews to enhance awareness among potential customers
・Oversee the creative direction and production of promotional materials and content
・Analyze customer behavior data to visualize campaign effectiveness and provide actionable improvement proposals
・Manage team members, oversee project progress, and report results to management
Essential skill
・Practical experience in sales planning, marketing, or equivalent business-related roles
Candidates with experience handling high-value or luxury products for high-net-worth clients (B2C) are especially welcome.
・Experience in planning and executing both online and offline marketing initiatives, such as events and seminars
・Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients or business partners
・Experience in quantitative analysis and making data-driven improvement proposals based on market trends and customer data
・Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and drive projects forward
・Experience in negotiations or presentations with executives and external partners
・Experience in team management or project leadership
Preferential skills
・Experience in branding or marketing at a startup company
Candidates with experience in brand strategy and market expansion during a growth phase are especially welcome.
・Knowledge of the financial industry
Those who can plan and execute strategies from a financial perspective—such as art investment or wealth management—are highly valued.
・Experience in global alliance or business development (preferred)
Experience collaborating with overseas partners or high-net-worth clients will be advantageous.

Working hours
・Flextime system / Standard working hours: 8 hours (core time 11:00–15:00)
・Work location: On-site (office-based)

・May be required to work on weekends and public holidays when the gallery attached to the office is open
