Artist Partnership Sales Manager / Supply
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the full sales cycle focused on individual art collectors and corporate clients such as galleries and dealers.
Your role will cover the end-to-end process — from proposing and selling artworks, developing new client relationships, to managing and leading the sales team.

・Conduct sales and proposal activities for individual art collectors
・Engage in sales activities with corporate clients such as art galleries and art dealers
・Plan and execute strategies for acquiring new individual and corporate clients
・Develop new client relationships through overseas sales activities, including participation in international art fairs
・Conduct online sales meetings and follow-ups using email, social media, and Zoom, as well as in-person meetings during overseas business trips
・Manage closing and after-sales follow-up to enhance client satisfaction after artwork sales
・Build long-term relationships with existing clients through regular meetings and encourage repeat purchases
・Manage and analyze sales and client data using tools such as Notion, Google Spreadsheets, and Salesforce
・Identify sales challenges, develop strategies, and lead project execution to drive improvement
・Manage the sales team and prepare sales performance reports for management
Essential skill
Required Qualifications
・Business-level English proficiency (including conversation, reading, writing, and negotiation skills)
・Strong interest in contemporary art, high-net-worth consumer behavior, finance, or investment — or willingness to continuously learn in these areas
・Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general IT literacy
・Internal tools used: Salesforce / Notion / Kintone / Slack
Required Experience / Track Record
・Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2C sales (experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred)
・Experience in handling investment-related products
・Experience in one or more of the following areas:
・Independently generating sales leads (referral-based sales experience is a plus)
・Receiving compensation, evaluation, or awards based on individual performance
Preferential skills
・Business-level Chinese proficiency (including reading, writing, and negotiation in both online and offline settings)
・Proven experience in serving and selling to high-net-worth clients at private banks or retail securities firms
・Practical experience in both individual (B2C) and corporate (B2B) sales
・Sales experience in a startup or venture company
・Sales track record in an auction house
・Experience in negotiations and relationship management with contemporary art collectors

Salary
Base Salary + ② Bonus + ③ Incentive
① Base Salary: ¥420,000 – ¥580,000 per month
Negotiable based on experience and capability. Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay.
② Bonus: Performance-based bonus, paid twice a year
③ Incentive: Commission-based incentive, paid quarterly based on sales performance

Working hours
・Flextime system / Standard working hours: 8 hours (core time 11:00–15:00)
・Work location: On-site (office-based)
・Workdays: Monday to Friday
・May be required to work on weekends and public holidays when the gallery attached to the office is open
