Sales Planning
In this position, you will be responsible for planning and driving strategic alliances with external partners to enhance the visibility and business growth of TRiCERA and its services.
Beyond traditional sales activities, this role requires a strategic business development mindset to lead the creation of new value through collaboration.
By integrating art, technology, and business, you will play a key role in driving TRiCERA’s growth and market expansion.

Requested work content
・Identify and propose new alliance opportunities with external partners (corporations, organizations, etc.)
・Build and strengthen relationships with existing partners to enhance collaboration
・Develop and execute alliance strategies aligned with the company’s long-term business growth goals
・Manage the full process of contract negotiation and execution
・Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Legal
・Oversee project progress for joint initiatives, conduct performance analysis, and propose improvements
Essential skill
・Experience in negotiation and coordination with external partners (e.g., B2B partnerships, corporate sales, or similar business alliances)
・Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and proposal-making skills
・Experience in planning-related roles such as business planning, sales planning, or alliance planning (industry agnostic)
・Experience in numerical analysis and reporting, including data analysis using Excel or Google Spreadsheets
・Excellent communication and coordination skills to drive projects forward while engaging internal and external stakeholders
・A proactive attitude toward learning and growing the business by staying informed about new markets and industry trends
Preferential skills
・At least 3 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B)
・Experience in branding or marketing at a startup company
・Knowledge or experience in the financial industry
Candidates with an understanding of art investment or asset management will be especially valued

Salary
Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 – ¥400,000 (includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay)
Bonus: Performance-based bonus paid twice a year (based on personnel evaluation)
The salary is negotiable depending on experience and ability.

Working hours
・Flextime system / Standard working hours: 8 hours (core time 11:00–15:00)
・Work location: On-site (office-based)
・Workdays: Monday to Friday
・May be required to work on weekends and public holidays when the gallery attached to the office is open
