Sales Operations Assistant
In this position, you will support the sales team by managing order processing, preparing materials, and conducting data analysis to help improve the team’s overall productivity.
This role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and managing information using various business tools across a wide range of operational tasks.

・Prepare sales materials and presentation documents
・Input and manage purchase and order data (using Kintone)
・Maintain and update client and order information in spreadsheets
・Handle administrative procedures related to contract execution
・Schedule and coordinate business meetings and sales appointments
・Arrange internal and external meetings with clients and partners
・Analyze past sales performance data
・Conduct market research and create related reports and materials
Essential skill
・At least 1 year of hands-on experience in creating business documents and presentation materials
・Data aggregation and analysis skills using Excel or Google Spreadsheets functions (e.g., SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
・Strong ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail
・Excellent communication skills with a proactive and precise response style that builds trust with stakeholders
・Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in handling documents, data, and deadlines
Preferential skills
・Practical communication skills in English (mainly via email; reading/writing required, conversation a plus)
・Experience using business tools such as Slack, Notion, and Kintone

Salary
① Base Salary + ② Bonus
① Base Salary: ¥255,000 – ¥300,000 per month
Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay. Negotiable depending on experience and skills.
② Bonus: Performance-based bonus paid twice a year (based on personnel evaluation)

Working hours
・Flextime system / Standard working hours: 8 hours (core time 11:00–15:00)
・Work location: On-site (office-based)
・Workdays: Monday to Friday
・May be required to work on weekends and public holidays when the gallery attached to the office is open
