Requested work content
・Conduct sales activities to acquire new clients
(Lead generation and consultative sales through referrals, social media, and events)
・Provide advisory and consulting services to existing clients
(Offer market trend insights, valuation information, and portfolio review proposals)
・Analyze and manage client data, and plan and improve sales strategies
・Optimize sales processes as a team, and enhance and share proposal materials
Essential skill
・Experience in B2C sales or marketing
(e.g., sales of high-value products, real estate, finance, luxury brands, or art)
・Strong interest in contemporary art, high-net-worth consumer behavior, finance, or investment — or willingness to continuously learn in these areas
・Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general IT literacy
Internal tools used: Salesforce / Notion / Kintone / Slack
Preferential skills
・Experience in sales within a startup or venture company
・Experience in sales within the financial industry
・Experience in sales targeting high-net-worth clients

Salary
① Base Salary + ② Bonus + ③ Incentive
① Base Salary: ¥255,000 – ¥512,000 per month
Negotiable based on experience and capability.
Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (¥48,000 – ¥96,300).
② Bonus: Performance-based bonus, paid twice a year
③ Incentive: Commission-based incentive, paid quarterly based on sales performance

10 minutes walk from Roppongi Station on the Toei Oedo Line or Hiroo Station on the Tokyo Metro Line.
Working hours
・Flextime system / Standard working hours: 8 hours (core time 11:00–15:00)
・Work location: On-site (office-based)
・Workdays: Monday to Friday
・May be required to work on weekends and public holidays when the gallery attached to the office is open
