Artist Partnership Sales / Supply

As a core position driving our company’s growth, we are seeking members to join our sales team serving individual collectors and corporate clients such as galleries and dealers.

Requested work content

・Conduct sales activities for individual art collectors
・Engage in sales to corporate clients such as art galleries and art dealers
・Plan and execute strategies to acquire new individual and corporate clients
・Develop new business opportunities through overseas sales activities, including participation in international art fairs
・Communicate effectively through email, social media, and online meetings (Zoom), as well as in-person during overseas business trips
・Manage sales and client data using tools such as Notion, Google Spreadsheets, and Salesforce

Essential skill

Required Qualifications
・Business-level English proficiency (including conversation, reading, writing, and negotiation skills)
・Strong interest in contemporary art, high-net-worth consumer behavior, finance, or investment — or willingness to continuously learn in these areas
・Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general IT literacy
 Internal tools used: Salesforce / Notion / Kintone / Slack

Required Experience / Achievements
・Proven experience in independently generating leads (e.g., through referral-based sales)
・Experience in one or more of the following:
・Receiving compensation or evaluation based on individual performance
・Receiving recognition or awards for outstanding individual results

Preferential skills

・Business-level Chinese proficiency (including conversation, reading, writing, and negotiation in both online and offline settings)
・Experience and proven track record in serving or selling to high-net-worth clients at private banks or retail securities firms
・Experience in handling investment or luxury products
・Practical experience in both individual (B2C) and corporate (B2B) sales
・Sales experience in a startup or venture company
・Sales track record in an auction house
・Experience in negotiating and communicating with contemporary art collectors

Salary/Benefits

Employment status

Full-time Employee / Fixed-term Contract Employee

Salary

① Base Salary + ② Bonus + ③ Incentive

① Base Salary: ¥255,000 – ¥512,000 per month
 Negotiable based on experience and capability.
 Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay (¥48,000 – ¥96,300).
② Bonus: Performance-based bonus, paid twice a year
③ Incentive: Commission-based incentive, paid quarterly based on sales performance

Work location

The Wall 3F, 4-2-4 Nishiazabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo

10 minutes walk from Roppongi Station on the Toei Oedo Line or Hiroo Station on the Tokyo Metro Line.

Working hours

・Flextime system / Standard working hours: 8 hours (core time 11:00–15:00)
・Work location: On-site (office-based)
・Workdays: Monday to Friday
・May be required to work on weekends and public holidays when the gallery attached to the office is open
