・Order fulfillment for framing, wooden frames, metal fittings, etc.
■Customer support
・Customer support - Handling inquiries about products and orders by phone, email, and chat
・Experience in building and improving plans/processes related to customer service operations
■Artist Support
・Pre- and post-order inquiries by phone, email, and chat.
・Management of delivery dates for ordered artworks
・Experience in building and improving plans/processes related to artist support operations
Essential skill
・Experience in logistics or operations (2 years or more)
・Japanese communication skills are not a problem.
・Proactive attitude to investigate unfamiliar areas
・Good communication skills and team player.
・Ability to understand the functions and basic structure of spreadsheets that have already been created.
Experience in any of the following
・Experience in the field of product management in a distribution or warehouse environment / Experience in IT-based operation design / Experience in services for the to C market / Experience in trade administration
Preferential skills
・Experience in business operations for overseas markets
・Experience in EC and consumer goods
・Business level of English
・Knowledge and experience in the arts
