Business Development Manager

You will be assigned to a Business team as a Business Development Manager and you will be responsible for the following projects.
Depending on your skills and experience, you may be entrusted with a wider range of duties.

・Project management of measures including customer acquisition, sales planning, system development, operational improvement, etc.
・The role of business manager will be to participate in initiatives across a range of other areas, ensuring smooth progress of projects and the achievement of targets.
・The company is also looking to develop new businesses in the same way as above.

Essential skill

・The candidate must be able to share our vision.
・Willingness to learn about the fundamentals, precedents, and trends of the contemporary art industry.
・Experience negotiating with external stakeholders
・Standard PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and IT literacy

Experience in a consulting firm
Experience in marketing or sales
Experience in business development

Preferential skills

・Business level English and Chinese
・Experience in high-net-worth business
・Experience as a project manager/product manager/brand manager in any industry
・Experience in the contemporary art industry

Working hours

Flex system (core time: 11: 00 ~ 15: 00)

Vacation/holiday

・2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
　*Possible to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays during the exhibition period.
